Selected grapes from our own vineyards were carefully hand-harvested. Prior the fermentation, the grapes were subjected to a cold maceration for two days. Then alcoholic fermentation with selected yeast took place in stainless steel tanks at 27º C.Winemaker's Comments:
This merlot is an intense red colour and features aromas of fresh red fruit with notes of ripe plums. On the palate, it reveals smooth and vevelty tannins, followed by a long pleasant finish.Food Pairings:
