Winemaking:

Selected grapes from our own vineyards were carefully hand-harvested in the early morning to preserve the aromas. Fermentation with selected yeasts tookplace in stainless steel tanks at between 14ºC and 16ºC. To maintain the varietal character of the wine, it did not undergo malolactic fermentation.

Winemaker's Comments:

This is a pale yellow wine with intense aromas unveiling notes of tropical fruit and peaches. On the palate, it is smooth, fun, fresh and balanced. The finish is smooth and persistent.

Food Pairings:

This wine can be enjoyed with lean fish, ceviche and white meat.
