San Clemente, Maule Valley

Winemaking:

The grapes were machine-harvested during the night and chilled to 6ºC, so as not to lose their aromatic expression. After pressing, the clarified juice underwent fermentation with selected yeast in stainless steel tanks between 14ºC and 16ºC

Winemaker's Comments:

The wine is pale pink in colour. Its bouquet is expressive with floral, cherry and raspberry notes. On the palate, it is vibrant, modern and juicy with a persistent finish.It is high acidity allows for higher sugar content, exuding great balance on the palate.

Food Pairings:

Enjoy this wine as an aperitif with cold dishes or as an ideal accompaniment for desserts. It is best served between 10ºC to 12ºC.

Cellaring Recommendations:

This wine is best consumed now but could be kept for up to one year.
